This program helps local employees rise up to the challenge and learn essential core skills. Pasona has conducted the market research survey of the labor market of Japanese companies that have overseas branches in ASEAN including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia. We hope this survey would be useful for those companies that have already expanded into these countries, or are planning to expand in the future.
Pasona Singapore will hold a joint course with Precena Strategic Partners titled “ASEAN Emerging Local Leaders Program” starting from the middle of February 2022.

昨年プレセナ・ストラテジック・パートナーズとパソナシンガポールのコラボレーションで開催しました 「シンガポールで戦う日本人リーダー向けスキルアップトレーニング」ですが、昨年ご参加頂いた皆様からご好評頂き、今年も開催することが決まりました。
ローカル育成の優先度がより高いため、日本人メンバーの教育に投資する余裕がないとのお声も聞きますが、近年日本人駐在員の減少により、日本人駐在員一人当たりの業務範囲や役割の重要性はむしろ増加しています。
逆説的ですが、ローカル育成を推進するために、まず日本人リーダーへ投資することも重要です。
