Our client, a Japanese F&B management company, is looking for a Japanese speaking Service Manager for their fine dining restaurant


・Provide exception service to guests, manage reservations and handle customer feedback
・Ensure ample stock levels of ingredients and liaise with suppliers to replenish as necessary
・Manage the costs, sales and profit & loss of the store and other administrative matters
・Oversee the front of house staff and communicate with Japanese chef to ensure smooth operations
・Train service staff and maintain service levels
・Develop manuals and SOPs for the store etc.
