After confirming your interest for any job application, we will proceed to submit your resume to our client together with a recommendation on your suitability for the position. The screening process will span from a few days to a week. Candidates who are shortlisted will be notified.

Our consultants will arrange the interview schedule for candidates with the hiring company. Pasona will also provide candidates with interview tips to prepare them for the upcoming interviews. Interviews with hiring company will be conducted either face to face or via online.  

Letter of appointments presented by the company, with acceptance of offer.

After the contract is signed, we will act as an intermediary provide support until the commencement date. For candidates who require work passes, the client will proceed with your work pass application upon job offer. For further details regarding work passes, please refer to MOM page here.
